Who is responsible?
Ajpecs Aktiebolag (org. no. 559418-6636), the company behind AKT, is responsible for the processing of the contact details submitted on the website. Contact: contact@aktkyc.com.
What data is collected?
When you book a demo, we process your name, email address, business, organisation number (if provided), message, any request regarding a pilot, and the page from which the request was sent. We do not collect sensitive personal data in the form.
Why is the data processed?
The data is used to respond to your request, to plan and follow up a demo, and to assess whether a pilot arrangement is relevant. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling incoming business enquiries and, when you request a demo, on steps taken at your request prior to a possible agreement.
Recipients and storage
Requests are intended only for people working on AKT's sales and pilot discussions. A request is stored in a database with our technical provider Lovable (Lovable Cloud), located in Stockholm within the EU. When a request comes in, it is sent by email to contact@aktkyc.com through the email service Mailgun, in its EU region, and received in Google Workspace. The providers process the data on our behalf. Google may process email outside the EU/EEA, with the safeguards set out in Google's terms.
How long is the data kept?
We delete a request 12 months after the last contact if no agreement has been concluded. If the request leads to an agreement, the data is kept for as long as the agreement and applicable legal requirements require. Data may be kept longer where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). These rights may be restricted where other legislation requires continued processing.
The AKT service
When a customer uses the AKT service itself, the customer is normally the controller of its end customers' data and AKT is the processor. The scope, instructions, security measures, sub-processors and deletion are then governed by a separate data processing agreement.
