Terms of Use

This is an English translation. If the versions differ, the Swedish version applies. This page provides information about the principles that are to apply to the use of AKT. The binding scope, service levels, liability and termination are set out in the agreement that the parties approve before the start.

Scope of the service

AKT provides a tool for customer due diligence and customer risk assessment. The obliged entity remains responsible for its business-wide risk assessment, formal decisions and reporting under the Swedish Act (2017:630) on Measures against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.

Limitation of liability

AKT is a decision-support tool and does not replace legal advice or the obliged entity's own judgement. The allocation of liability and any limitations must be stated expressly in the binding agreement.

Availability

We work towards high availability. Service levels (SLAs) are governed by the agreement.

Termination

Termination terms and export options on expiry of the agreement are governed by the agreement.
